Overview:
Mauro requested another WordPress theme, he specifically asked the color pallet match the VB skin currently being used on his Blog-Crash web site.

In addition it takes advantage of all the newest features and security enhancements featured in WordPress 2.6. It will also be the eleventh theme to be based off my ‘Neela‘ framework.
